"I wasn’t expecting much, but the tyre..."
I wasn’t expecting much, but the tyre details were actually easy to find. The size, rating, fuel info and the main bits were all there, so comparing options wasn’t too much of a hassle. I still think some pages could explain the labels a bit better, but to be fair, it gave me what I needed before buying. Not perfect, but good enough in the end.

"Warranty claim got sorted in the end"
I had to put in a warranty claim for one tyre and thought it was going to be a bit of a hassle. Support did get back to me though and explained what they needed, so you at least knew what was going on. It took a few days and I did have to chase once, so it wasn’t perfect, but it was sorted fairly in the end. I’d use them again.

I ordered my tyres and just had them sent straight to my local garage instead of my house. it was really handy and saved me having to mess around trying to transport them myself. Everything went smoothly, no issues at all...

"Customs costs were actually clear"
I ordered some tyres from tyreleader.co.uk and was actually a bit nervous about possible import fees after seeing a few comments online. Thankfully, the price and customs details were shown clearly enough before I paid, so there wasn’t any awkward surprise afterwards.

Delivery took a few days, which was totally fine for me. The tracking worked, and the courier didn’t ask me for any extra money at the door. Happy with how it all went, and I’d actually use them again.

The tyres turned up fine in the end, so no issue there, but the tracking was unclear. I kept assuming it would update like most deliveries do, but it barely changed, so I had no real idea what day they were actually going to arrive.

Returning the tyres ended up being a bit more hassle than I thought it would be. I had to follow up a few times about the refund, and the replies were slow. To be fair, I did get my money back in the end, so they sorted it, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

"Invoice and VAT stuff sorted, no nonsense"
Ordered some tyres from Tyreleader and the invoice plus VAT paperwork came through with no faffing about. Everything was clear, the prices matched what I’d paid, and I could just stick it straight in my records without dealing with any annoying nonsense. Didn’t have to chase anyone, which is nice because that crap gets old fast. Would happily use them again

"Good service, just a little slow on tracking"
I had to get in touch with TyreLeader.co.uk because I wasn’t totally sure if my order had actually gone through. To be fair, their customer service replied quickly and explained what was going on, which put my mind at ease. Compared with a few other tyre sites I’ve used, they were definitely more responsive and less of a hassle to deal with. I’m only giving 4 stars because the tracking info took a while to update and had me worrying a bit, but overall they answered my question and got it sorted without any fuss.

Delivery was fine, so at first I thought everything was okay. But after a few months, the tyres started wearing unevenly and they just feel cheap. I feel stupid for trusting them and expecting better. Not really happy with the purchase.

I ordered two tyres and the website made it sound like they’d arrive within a few days. The tracking barely updated, they ended up showing up more than a week late. I did get through to customer service, but they basically just told me to keep waiting. The tyres themselves were fine, the delivery reliability just wasn’t great in my experience

"Tyres were fine, but I assumed they’d be newer"
The tyres turned up alright and looked fine, but the date code was older than I expected. I guess I did that thing where you just assume “new purchase” means “recently made,” which wasn’t really the case here. Would’ve been much better if they showed the tyre age before checkout, because without that it feels a bit like you’re meant to just hope for the best.

They did have the size I needed, which was a relief, but the brand selection felt limited. Most of the names were ones I’d never heard of, and there weren’t many decent mid-range choices. I ended up spending way longer than expected just trying to find something that seemed okay. Then suddenly I was like, you know what, just pick one and get out of here. It worked out, but I wish there had been more choice
